Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js (6-8 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and talented Sr Software Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of comprehensive full-stack development experience, with deep expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, including modern architectural patterns and cloud-native solutions. This role requires a combination of advanced technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for building cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of complex web applications using React.js and Node.js

- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable code

- Architect and develop event-driven systems and microservices

- Implement serverless solutions using AWS Lambda or Azure Functions

- Design and optimize message queue systems using technologies like SQS and Redis

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features

- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices and code quality

- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices

- Manage and optimize database operations using MongoDB

- Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS or Azure

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

- Implement and maintain state management solutions (e.g., Redux)

- Design and execute comprehensive unit testing strategies

- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development

Required Skills and Experience :

- 6-8 years of full-stack development experience

- Expert-level proficiency in React.js with a minimum of 3 years of experience

- Expert-level proficiency in Node.js with a minimum of 4 years of experience

- Strong experience with MongoDB

- Proven experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms

- Experience with event-driven architecture and microservices

- Familiarity with serverless computing (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)

- Experience with message queues (e.g., AWS SQS) and in-memory data stores (e.g., Redis)

- Proficient in TypeScript

- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux)

- Strong unit testing skills and experience

- Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
