The company was acquired by ACIS recently and in transition, many new managers were hired who are completely changing the organization with politics and micromanagement.

It was good earlier, but now, I didn't find any specific. People are good and friendly. Old ggk: Will have good scope to learn and work. Provides quick growth path. Good for enthusiasts. Every employee owns the work

The complete work culture of ggk is changed, Management is not capable of handling such a drastic people growth. They have hired Directors and Managers to get the proper control on such a change, but no luck. If you are a senior, You won't find contingent work, no proper goals, no growt h plan defined. There is nothing to like here.Hectic work, micromanagement, you have put 10 hours at least excluding lunch time. Many times your hard work credits will be harvested by management's favourite pets.Most of the managers came from very small company with bad work culture, so they behave like ggk is utopia.Senior management has very stingy behaviour . You will be asked to do more apart from the project do some innovation and you will be burdened by project work and trainings. You will soon be fed up of listening this cliche every month. Some leads are great pretenders.
