Managers don't have exposure to outer world (Lack of corporate culture experience). They join as freshers and grow to manager level. They treat employees as they were treated by their manager. They did not have track of employees skill set.

- Well, most of the people at GGK are young. In one of the AGMs, one of the directors told that the median age of employees at GGK is 24yrs. You can understand from this statement. - If you join here as a fresher, you can learn a lot of things(cos they expect more from a fresher which is exhaustive sometimes) - You can interact directly with your clients on calls. You will be given full responsibility for your role. No one will be interfering with your job unless there is a need. - You can interact with anyone right from the CEO of the company to the Directors through emails, IMs, or even when you come across them in Cafeterias, corridors, etc. - You can work with people from different domains and learn them too - Very good Salary hikes - If you do what you are assigned, whether it's a project, a POC, etc (compared to my previous company) - 2 hike cycles in a year - Fortunately, I got a project under a Manager who is the coolest manager (I consider it)...Read More

The training is awesome in ggk. In training we have to make self learning. Work Environment is very good. It's like home. Politics is common in every office. You can learn a lot here and automatically you can have career growth paralelly.
