Managers don't have exposure to outer world (Lack of corporate culture experience). They join as freshers and grow to manager level. They treat employees as they were treated by their manager. They did not have track of employees skill set.

In GGK, a few projects span for short period and we might have to stretch to meet deadlines for a few days. They can improve more on providing travel options to their employees. They have plans to provide Gym, but still yet to be implemented.
