Company culture, promotions as per our skills,Encouragement from higher officials managers for our growth development, we can also learn many courses through edcast for our skill enhance, we get many incentives bonuses if we perform well and reward points too,overall friendly environment to work.

No Cabs and travelling expenses provided and working under clinets location makes it worse. Traveling 35km self daily with one week off that too changes every week.

Managers will never be reachable, neither they will connect with unless there is some escalation. They claim all the internal vacancies filled by resource management team based on the applications received/interview process on IJP portal, but when you apply and call the hiring HR when no updates, they will tell you it was filled internally.
