The Genpact Management do not give importance to the retired employees of the Company, There is no long-term after retirement plan for the employees. Cause the employees working out for 10 to 20 years with full dedication to the Company and follow all the SLAs of the Climate. The Company need to have a plan for all the employees to have a better retirement plan, as we have seen more employees are getting retired before the age of 50 due to some medical issues, The Management need to take some core decisions to help the employees to have a better retirement idea. The Genpact Management should come up with some retirement plan for its employees so that the employees will be sure of there further after the retirement. The Genpact Management need to have a plan for people who lost the Job due to injury caused while being on Job in Genpact, Because not sure of the damage to the employees, if the employees are damaged due to some medical issues, the Genpact Management need to take action to help the employees by providing some financial assistance and some pension plan for the injured employees. It was good experience but the thing is when you are working hard and not getting appreciated and other people do politics for you then it's really tough to work there.
The management is not good when you work hard and best they never appreciate those people and they appreciate only those people who follow there orders and working for them but the person who is giving his complete dedication he is not able to get any support for future and not get any support for promotion as well. This company is only good for people who don't want to get out of their comfort zone and want no progress on their life. Absolutely pathetic management. They don't take work seriously and keep avoiding employees until an escalation comes from client. They don't get rid of low performing employees and don't take strong action againstthem because of which people don't get fired and stick to the same organisation without having any career growth. Salary hikes is meagre and promotions are very biased. They install a tool in the system which records how much time you move your mouse and they don't care about productivity and efficiency of the employee. There is no proper transport facility. Cab services are one-way and chargeable and non-AC cabs are not provided. There is no cafeteria in every Genpact building and the common cafeteria is too small and there are lack of options. They don't provide any sweets or gifts during any special occasion and no office party or team engagement activities are held. People work like robots in a monotonous manner. The tools are outdated and you need to apply for attendance on a daily basis, with no option to rectify, failing to do so will deduct your earned leave. If you value your mental health and work-life balance, stay far away from this company—especially the Hafeezpet location. The work culture is absolutely suffocating. Employees are treated like laborers, with unrealistic expectations and no regard for their well-being. Management, for the most part, is incompetent and lacks basic empathy. Here Manager are like an as****ho*** know nothing than making labor exploitation They expect you to function like robots, pushing you to the edge for a shockingly low salary of just 1.9 LPA. Yes, there’s job security, but what’s the point if the work environment is toxic? People join, regret it almost immediately, and then spend their time planning their resignation. The few decent managers that exist are overshadowed by the sheer number of terrible ones. It feels less like an MNC and more like a chaotic startup where nobody knows what they’re doing, yet they expect employees to go above and beyond for peanuts.
