No much. I was assigned to a client and then I only interacted with my Genpact's Manager and HR occasionally. No other interactions with anyone else.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

I disliked that if I want to change my project or my client, Genpact was hesitant to do so. I was stuck in a bad work environment where I was never given enough time and was always asked to work on weekends to complete the tasks before deadline.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
