Should I accept the offer or any other advice ?

I was working as an Associate in a medical billing company with a CTC of 3.75 LPA. I’ve received an offer from Genpact in the same field (medical billing/insurance claims) with a salary of 4.5 LPA, but the shift is from 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., which is not ideal for me but I can still manage. I’m 25 and have 2 years of work experience and have been without a job for 3 months for the CAT exam (unfortunately, no hopes there). I’m really confused about what direction to take with my career. Should I accept the Genpact offer, or is it better to keep looking for other opportunities? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I am working with Genpact ERC(Axis Risk Consulting), as Senior Consultant. Workwise they are like every other company but HR is bit broken process here. After onboarding they completely abandon you, no clear communications from HR and the business team. Only automated mailer will come and they don’t specify any thing. Since untill now it was WFH but now they have started RTO process with roaster in place. Work life has been pretty much sorted once in blue moon things gets stretched....Read More
