Nothing, worst organisation to work for

Dislikes

1)Too much favoritsm by manager, You can’t even escalate because leadership dont take your feedback seriously. 2) Too much micromanagement 3) junior employees dont have manners to talk to senior, even if you join as senior manager will only feedback of old employees and they are taking lot of advantage of this. 4) Regret joining this firm, please dont get carried away with the hike they provide during switch. Internal hike is very poor....Read More
