If a person joins as a contract just a advice be mindful not to extend more than an year and get the confirmation really fast coz they keep you engaged saying u will get converted but won't happen easily they will drag u for 3-4 yrs on contract even being your performance is excellent. Quess as a company is great they provide things on time like salary payslips and other assistance.

Likes

Genpact gives you the platform to switch on to other roles internally. However, when one goes through this phase its a feeling of insecurity & disturbing. And during Covid-19 many employees are going through this including me. Not sure if will end up losing job.

Dislikes

Often role changes & job insecurity
