No work life balance , manager will give you a toxic environment... Unnecessary pressure to complete training in just 1 month and go live with that ... Expectations are too high with this 1 month of training ...colleagues don't support ...manager says I don't know ..manage yourself

They claim all the internal vacancies filled by resource management team based on the applications received/interview process on IJP portal, but when you apply and call the hiring HR when no updates, they will tell you it was filled internally.
