I simply liked all of their acting performances while working in Genpact.
I completely disliked working there because of poor work-life balance, politics, senior employees always give all their work to me, and some of the seniors don't even send any emails per day. They still escape from management, but they will only ask questions to people who are innocent and responsible. They never appreciate the hardwork, they simply give some other person's name for appreciation. They reduce the manager's rating if we don't want additional work, even if we do additional work. Also, no change in ratings, micromanagement, I had submitted a medical certificate, but still my leaves are ignored, and my earned leaves are all gone i received very very less amount of F&F that you ever heard. They threatened to release me and for relieving letter. They told me to do an impossible task. Then only will I receive the relieving letter. If you are joining Genpact for US Payroll under HR Richa Wadhwa, Vishnupriya and Senior Manager Ramarao Nandiraju, Manager Neeraj Yadav, Vishnu Teja Raja and SME Shubham Gupta. These people are pure evil, so simply quit your job don't waste your time by working hard. These people chased out many people before and still doing so that they can avoid giving promotion to peoples and can save lots of money to company. There is no job security in Genpact, on my own I took an internal movement, but after joining g there and working for 7-10 days i was being told that hiring has stopped and you have to go back to your old process and later it was being told you are on bench now, then got a final letter stating that this is your last month and this will be your last day. So I don't like job security here

I gained some valuable experience during my time at Genpact, especially working on the transition project and being part of the KT and training sessions. It was a good learning opportunity.
There were a few challenges during my time at Genpact. The office culture didn’t quite align with what I was looking for, and the shift timings were a bit difficult to manage. I also prefer a hybrid setup for better work-life balance, but that wasn’t an option. Ultimately, I felt that the schedule and environment were starting to affect my health.

Mutiple openings and option of carrer but in different cities.
People on upper management playing politics ( especially who joined genpact from different company) and making life hell of junior staff. Making genpact godd to worse. They don't even bother about other's personal and professional life, carrer. They are ruining the image of genpact which was created by Pramod bhasin (EX CEO).

This is my second innings. I had great experience for the first time but 2nd time is way beyond pathetic.
