Management not good all process they are harassment work culture they not provide leaves. I was seeing the Genpact management cast system and nepotism is very highly level that no one growth and promotion easily in the Genpact salaries is very bad 😞 for me I am just started my career they not good provide me salary in 2022 but this time come new joiner salary so good and best LPA

There are large number of processes and it's an employee centric company. They have all kind of business.

Poor infrastructure, non ac cabs that too for one side only even basic amenities like tea coffee for employees is not available worst yearly hike in the market only 5-7% it's not worth it to join Genpact if you don't get wfh or hybrid

Bad hike cycle. Work will be appreciated but there isn't any reward for the same. Manager got no power over your promotion or hike and it's fixed hike formula is such that you won't get more than 7%.

Durning my period there is indoor games, there is no rest room at genpact the food cost is very high & there is no fun activities or entertainment twice a year , main point , please povide 2way cab facilities for women safety. thank you Genpact.

No proper or quick response from HR .. worst support system.. No proper project training but they expect to learn asap and get into handson. No proper facility to employees like say no proper cab facility, cafeteria food etc..

They first hire you on an apprentice basis, offering minimal pay, and once you are converted to payroll, the salary remain exceptionally low with no room for growth, What's even worse is that if you decide to leave the company and later want to rejoin after gaining some experience from other company, they refuse to hire you back. No work life balance , manager will give you a toxic environment... Unnecessary pressure to complete training in just 1 month and go live with that ... Expectations are too high with this 1 month of training ...colleagues don't support ...manager says I don't know ..manage yourself

Extreme hate campaign towards non local language speakers. Espacially towards hindi, telugu, bengali and tamil speakers. Genpact bangalore office needs to take urgent action on this or shut it's bengaluru offices since this is completely againist the company policies

Managers will never be reachable, neither they will connect with unless there is some escalation. They claim all the internal vacancies filled by resource management team based on the applications received/interview process on IJP portal, but when you apply and call the hiring HR when no updates, they will tell you it was filled internally. This poor management of RMG and leads to job insecurity. People of the same location where the BU RMG is available they get project reassignment easily.
