Training is not proper, people are not give you respect special your team leader, they give you respect only if they hire you. No time for family. Work timing is always stressed without any reason. If you raise voice no one is taking stand. If you give your 100% but in return you are not getting 10%. Work life balance is good, promotion are based on your skills job security is 100% there . They have a good skills development software. Work satisfaction is good not feel I am overworking there. Company culture is good they think about there employees best for freshers.

I simply liked all of their acting performances while working in Genpact.

I completely disliked working there because of poor work-life balance, politics, senior employees always give all their work to me, and some of the seniors don't even send any emails per day. They still escape from management, but they will only ask questions to people who are innocent and responsible. They never appreciate the hardwork, they simply give some other person's name for appreciation. They reduce the manager's rating if we don't want additional work, even if we do additional work. Also, no change in ratings, micromanagement, I had submitted a medical certificate, but still my leaves are ignored, and my earned leaves are all gone i received very very less amount of F&F that you ever heard. They threatened to release me and for relieving letter. They told me to do an impossible task. Then only will I receive the relieving letter. If you are joining Genpact for US Payroll under HR Richa Wadhwa, Vishnupriya and Senior Manager Ramarao Nandiraju, Manager Neeraj Yadav, Vishnu Teja Raja and SME Shubham Gupta. These people are pure evil, so simply quit your job don't waste your time by working hard. These people chased out many people before and still doing so that they can avoid giving promotion to peoples and can save lots of money to company. I am in Genpact from last 11 month and before 1 month I was on released due to over hiring but they did not conduct any interview for me in any department and now it's my last date of release. Now I am not employee of Genpact without any reason. I also mail to senior HR but no response

There is no job security in Genpact, on my own I took an internal movement, but after joining g there and working for 7-10 days i was being told that hiring has stopped and you have to go back to your old process and later it was being told you are on bench now, then got a final letter stating that this is your last month and this will be your last day. So I don't like job security here

They first hire you on an apprentice basis, offering minimal pay, and once you are converted to payroll, the salary remain exceptionally low with no room for growth, What's even worse is that if you decide to leave the company and later want to rejoin after gaining some experience from other company, they refuse to hire you back. They claim all the internal vacancies filled by resource management team based on the applications received/interview process on IJP portal, but when you apply and call the hiring HR when no updates, they will tell you it was filled internally. This poor management of RMG and leads to job insecurity. People of the same location where the BU RMG is available they get project reassignment easily.
