Likes

Worst thing about genpact is that it works on orders of clients. Client basically acts as a dictator who rules you. You do not have any freedom of giving out new ideas or working out of the box. Hectic place of work since all they care about is client. They cover up walls by stickers when client visits and everything is back to trash once the client leaves the office.
