I feel very good while working in a company, there is a very family like atmosphere there, everyone works in their own work, I also used to do the same.There everyone used to work together, I mean teamwork.We got full support from our manager supervisor or S M E.

There is a lot of politics and the management do not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

I struggle is a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt evering on the job.
