My experience with Genpact was a mixed bag. while the organization has its strength, there are certain aspects that could use improvement. One major challenge was the lack of openness to new ideas, Even if you have innovative suggestions, there's an unspoken rule to simply follow what your boss says, which can stifle your creativity and professional growth.
