1. The only motivating thing was that management arrange parties on some occasions 2. Credit of Salary on 1st of every month 3. Now a days got to know that out of 4 Saturdays in a month,they work on only one Saturday. Earlier it was alternate Saturdays off.

There are lot of things about disliking which includes office environment, lack of motivational factors, job security, internal politics, No employee friendly policies, Work pressure, poor management etc.

Only Salary was on time.

Dislikes

No job security. Working hours does not matters, Owner expects you to seat till 9 pm. No health insurance. Suppliers were not paid ontime even when cleint has already paid.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
