Very good managment and company policys. every thing is very good. The one is the beter rull are there company are providing return ticket yearly.

I don't like to delay Salary and all overtime many. And this is alweys are delay approx 4-6 month alwes.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
