Absolutely nothing. There is no clarity from the top management whatsoever. The Co-founder is an absolute joke who does not know what he is doing or even worse does not know what he wants to do with his business. There is a lot of politics and manipulation against employees who are innocent and are just trying to get their work done. The only way one can move ahead in this company is to be a yes man to a dumb man. At the time of hiring, they will boast about the company's sales, growth etc. but one will get to see the actual picture when you enter the office. There is a lot of micromanagement and politics. it is not a women friendly organisation. I can't believe in this day and age there is still discrimination against women in the workplace. I and a majority of women in the company were laid off without any prior notice with the reason that the company was restructuring but the narrative being spread to the current employees is that is due to underperformance and they are character assassinating. How is it possible that all the women were the most under performers? I have heard from employees before me that is a common trend that is being practiced in the company. DO NOT...JUST DO NOT JOIN GEEZY OR BE INVOLVED IN ANY SORT OF BUSINESS WITH THEM. they will, without a second thought flip you over and go ahead. They have no sense of ethics or any credibility. There is a big hire and fire culture. At least the minute hint as to how to run a bloody company. They have also delayed my final settlement thinking that it is no big deal.
