Its good in one sense that they make you to work in all types and kinds of work. One thing I like it more is I was the allover site incharge or site controller.

There is no job security nothing you have to manage yourself,don't expect anything from this firm. If you want to learn then ok and for other things nothing.

It was very early that I got a chance to work in many projects as a Site In-charge and that helped me a lot to play a different roles like a decision making in this firm seriously this helped me alot.
