Best of class technology and brand name with best support from European people

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

they are too short of employee, everyone is overloaded with work. No equal and proper distribution of work, worst increments and below par salaries. The organisation is driven by legal and auditors. Working culture is more of govt company where piece of paper has more value then actual work, employee or customers.

Work Details

Worst... no proper support staff. Staff is very less and company think of only profit no favour of employee.. also the decisions of Employee related things are driven by parent company gea process so partial treatment is given to gea westfalia.

Work days: Monday to Friday
