The labourers are very punctual.... And good in nature and posses high passence...

There are nothing to learn if i want to make the products quality better than the upper level people stop you and if there will be a fault which are identified by the customer then nobody will take the responsibility and blems will be pointed towords you

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
