Work Details

I worked there as an Article Assistant for 3 years and there I got the exposure in Auditing , TDS and Taxations. Overall those 3 years helped me in learning about work culture and made me understand how to behave professionally

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
