Management policy. They gave me an option to either quit the job or agree for 12 working hours per day after 18 days of my joining when I asked for appointment letter. During joining , they agreed for 8 working hours and then within 2 weeks, they changed their statement.

This company spoiling the carrier of girls by appointing without letter and terminate without giving a single days notice. This company always have an open add and as and they get the candidate in less salary they terminate who already employed just for 1000 rs or 500 rs difference. This company should be black listed.
