People are innocent who are working there. Overall count 50-60 employee

Everything about the company. Never appreciate the idea which was shared to them just run as per there requirements. Fired people drastically one after one. Zero experience of working expecting to sell your company who is aware about business. No job security. One of the biggest mistake that once I used to work with them. Even company location is not correct shared over website. Limited sitting and no spare working system. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
