Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

Likes

It was a great job. And it was supervising job, Good working environment and the teammates are friendly in manner. The managers are very supportive. Working shifts are rottational and easy for work life balance.

Salary was not good. No job security , growth is slow. The work need little bit of physical.

Work Details

My work was good. There I want to assist airline x-ray security staffs for x-raying the cargoes and manage the airport operations. The work shifts are rottational and there were three shifts a day. Sometimes I want work two shifts a day.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
