I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

There is no Bonus and even you work for entire month inc Sunday if u put one leave in that month they will deduct your salary
