To work with future focus infotech client lupin i must say my health is secure to WFH,Got a instant access of all work realted apps because of good management and quick decision.company policies also define with all aspects of their employees to be work smoothly with client

In this para i honestly say as above question example ans is given that give good salary hike and bonus every year.its wrong about future focus..I never got any bonus and good salary hike in my 2.5 years careers.we have to follow up with reporting about salary hike

Nothing. Their is no humanity in HR during this COVID-19 lockdown. They are forcing to employees to come in red zone to do work on site in any condition. HR doing partiality, don't know why. The main problem is salary deduction during this crisis. Future Focus is deducting 50% of salary when the Client is giving them our 100% salary. That means Future Focus is filling its own pockets. Npthing.They do not have any written leave policies at client location.Exp-how many days you can take vacation and how the process should be.That makes the client manipulate the employees as per there need,the clients take advantage of this.For which the employees, suffer a lot.When they ask vacation of more than 3 days,it is told that their IDs will get terminated.There are many such instances.So never join such consultancies,rather look for permanent positions....Read More
