There is no job security *No guidance. No work life balance. Day by Day, culture is getting deteriorated by Superiors, Huge volume of work but no guarantee for annual benefits for the straight forward employees.. Who makes the boss happy by someother ways, they keep on growing. Others will go into soup. If joined in Future Focus never joined in TCS like companies in third party payroll. In third party they will treat as only third party. If your changing project you will never get salary after submitting assets.They will torture like hell and from TCS there is not support and they will tell that that " your from Third part uh no especially they know about your from "FUTURE FOCUS " there will be not future.
