They will treat you like their personal woker not employees. If you are going for a maternity leave you will never get your position back after joining back, they will decrease your designation and ask you to do recruitment but by designation you are a manager! Pathetic management & behaviour!

The worst company I have ever seen in my life, no job security, work-life balance is zero, management is the worst, moreover even HR has no idea how to treat employees. My opinion is that you should never work in this company, if you don't have a job then at least do a delivery boy's job but don't work in this
