Being a Head Chef isn’t an easy task, it comes at a price , everything eventually comes at a price however it’s been a transforming experience, I have grown as an individual, as a chef and above all as a human. The job requires day in and day out of tremendous efforts and patience and that’s the only recipe to get it right. There might be days against you but you get through it , your juniors remind you that sometimes , they motivate you and help you pull through. I have always enjoyed leadership not because it gives you power because it gives you responsibilities and I love one , I love challenges , the rush keeps us alive and hungry for more. I have a wonderful team of chefs under me whom I have personally groomed and trained to become someone else’s leader and enjoy this immense crazy industry with so much to offer and so less a time. So my only recipe to success is patience and faith and that keeps me going and wanting more. The better the company the better the benefits , the better the learning and the better standard of life. Fusion theory is a newly opened 6 month restaurant, and there are bigger companies in the race definitely not my first choice but glad I built it and I wish and hope my legacy in there remains even after I am gone....Read More

Dislikes

Too much interference in working environment which I personally don’t enjoy. Too many questions too many why’s and how’s . The only disadvantage working with small operations is that there is too much ownership and owner interference and sometimes it does ruin work relationships and working space.
