For a Design Engineer there is lot to learn about sheet metal design with a very large product range recommended company for Freshers who are looking to learn something new

Pay is low and promotions are not given until you try to leave the company. Some managers have high Ego better to ignore them. Doesn't stay committed to your job descriptions makes you do mundane work when there is better alternative.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
