They have a very bad work culture where managers impose crazy school like rules. Literally the shift duration is for 9 hours and even if you have no work, you need to be online and the team manager monitors your online presence. Even if you’re the solo contributor to the team, it doesn’t matter. For them your presence online matters. Rcrutrs are not aware of policies, what they tell at joining doesn't match hr policies. They threatn with hr action if refused to work on weekends. No skill development/ learning. Just copy paste. Not good for freshers or intermediate experienced candidates. A lots and lots of politics. Outdated technologies used, old style of working, everything is on exel. 3 months' notice period. Minimal salary hike. No additional bonus, no diwali gifts, no employee awards. Due to less workforce in Fujitsu India as compared to other IT service organizations in India there are opportunities to move in to different roles without much issues as management also prefers rotation of employees instead of hiring externally. The office premises facility and admin support staff treat all employees with courtesy and respect. Due to less headcount , the office support staff knows each office going employee by their name and face hence there are negligible chances to face process humiliation while availing services from functions IT, HR, admin Security, parking etc. There are various mechanism for rewards and recognition for Good performers. The bench policy in Fujitsu India is a drawback specially for professionals like Program/Project Managers and Project Implementation resources due to short term billable assignment to projects. However if someone joins delivery roles then it's not a major issue. Band Promotion is a challenge due to limitation of the band structure which is small and quota for yearly promotion is less and stringent. Only a handful of people in the leadership (mostly based in Pune) take decisions based on their instinct so better not to mess with them on any topic reason being they are quite elderly in their age / experience and they work with traditional government sector mindset that is why they mostly prefer sincere /Obedient people over straight forward/blunt people no matter how talented they might be. CAB pick/drop facility is not provided until the cost is approved by project. Except for few projects, the projects running on low cost margin don't approve CAB cost. I didn't found anything for dislike but one think needs to be improved " The plugged point should be on the top on workstation which is currently below on the workstation. It's very difficult to plug the laptop charger daily basis. It's my suggestion.
