Hi Jai Prakash, We appreciate your feedback and the time you spent with us. However, we would like to address a few points for clarity: Apart from your proficiency in MS Excel, your overall experience and performance unfortunately did not meet the expectations required for the role of a Senior E-Commerce Executive managing day-to-day operations . Despite our best efforts to provide training and guidance, there was limited improvement, which ultimately led to our decision to part ways. Regarding extended shifts, we want to clarify that these were occasional, primarily during the last few days of the month or the festive season, when additional efforts are typically required in a startup environment. These extensions were limited to 30 minutes to an hour, often necessary to complete pending tasks which were not fulfilled within the said shift timings. As for salary credits, we acknowledge that there have been delays of a day or two due to our outdated attendance system. We value your input on this matter and are actively working on upgrading the system to prevent such delays in the future. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
