They encourage us to work on our own responsibility. We will get opportunity to learn and implement new skills. Work modal is in transition stage and new atmosphere is created in work culture. We will get good support from the Senior developers and managers. They make us to feel like a family that helps in smooth communications and productivity.

Only few of the managers are utilize your skills to showcase themselves. They don't know how to handle our projects among the different customer. They simply surrender themselves to specific customer where they mostly interacts.
