They had cost cutting in this Covid pandemic situation but they asked us to leave. Worst organization ever seen. The answer from my manager is we can't support a new employee and they even didn't informed us before a week. On spot they asked us to leave the organizationband with out any proof they told our quality is not good and this is the reason they showed
