My working in freecia was a good experience. I hv learned alot from the Managing Director Mr. Bhaskar Bawa. A massive respect for him, i really appreciate his working and his way of treating their employees. He is a great businesses and also a leader for me. Really learned multiple thing under his guidance and support.

Dislikes

While there are also such things which i want to mention about freecia is that if a coin has two faces, its same with that company too. I hv learned alot from my MD. Mr Bhaskar but in other face the company really needs to change thier working strategy for their creative department as its under his wife Mrs. Preeti Mannan (Second Managing Director). She takes the responsibility of the creativity department. I hv experienced not so much under her guidance, as i was the senior designer there, i didn't worked that much which i can say its good for a creativity team. All the creativity and designes were completed by her own thaught process and imagination which i personality this is too old school for today's running brands. They dont like new generation's work and designs. Strict rules applied on breaks and lunch minutes you hav to justify each and everything. All permission were granted by owners directly, no HR. department is not useful there. Also i would like to mention that the company is still following the 6 days working culture which is too old school for a generation like 2025. They really need to change this policy to 5 days working for an employee which is really helpful for a creative team to refresh and feel more energetic when they get back to working on monday, this will definitely increae the workflow. Also no fixed timings on their organization, sometimes you have to wait unnecessary more to get aporovals and sometimes workings on sunday too....Read More
