The only thing I can say is that pressure is comparatively lesser.

Dislikes

Very poor culture, they don't listen to employees suggestions or ideas, you are told not to go out for lunch with other colleagues together. No PF, no Health Insurance, no holiday on May 1st and November 1st. Too much reporting, you have to update your daily reports or else salary will be deducted. There is sandwich HR policy also. It is a proprietorship firm. Salary never on time and always second half of your salary will be delayed for a week or two or a month also....Read More
