Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Company working environment is very nice .employees are very helpful and company always gives opportunity to learn new technologies and company provide hybrid work model.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learnt everything on the job .I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
