Disgusting founder behaviour, they just want to praise owner. Worship owner daily. He talks big and insult everyone. Hire women only to insult them. Rest of the staff is good except few ones. No appraisal, poor leave policy, alternate Saturday off. Overall not recommended to join.

Behavior of founder is terrible with employees. He keeps on insulting people. They keep on cancel holidays on their own even on festivals. they expect you to do work at home even after the office hours. But at the same time there is no policy of appraisals.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
