I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

It's a great setup, going through a bad patch with unplanned expansion cutting into the capital funds, the market sentiment being negative. MD is a great guy, may be not in a position to take decisions at the right time. A good team that can deliver
