- Do not waste time on interviewing for Flynaut. - After one round of techno managerial remote discussion I was asked to be present in office for face to face final round in late evening. The hiring manager cum founder of this organization remained absent for discussion & did not even bother to update till I reached out. - Later ignored all messages as if others time is not important for her. Plus they fire people once projects are over without any notice as well. - This gives deep insight over work culture and employee friendliness of the company. Better stay away....Read More
