There is a huge learning opportunity in this dept. Only thing is the director thinks that he can make anyone do whatever work he wants be it calling, busy entry etc. Profile is just a name for him amd doesnot care whether a person wants to do out of domain thing or not.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

No work life balance. Poor management policies, Improper way of compensating to employees, politics, no pf, hra, etc.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
