The office timings are very flexible and I personally like their leave/holiday policy. Since this is my first job, I do not know if other companies have similar policies, but I definitely prefer this one.

I would say the payscale or CTC is a but low for how much time and effort we give. Since I love the job, I do not have any complains about the job in particular but for what I work, I believe that I am underpaid.

This is a company where the TL's have great ego issues and there is a great HR who haven't any knowledge how to work as a HR. If any employee is try to connect to the HR regarding any issue sometime he can't get any reply from HR or something HR's phone is switched off or something HR block him or her.
