Rude management Owner think employees are puppet and behave rudely with them No salary increment for 5 years if you don't ask them to(that also you have to remind them 5-7 times, hoping they will increase this time) No HR and one of their family members who is too old to handle such things is handling. Who also so obsessed in savingmoney that the person coming to serve tea, he is asking that person to give half cup only to save money.
