I am working last ten year with fleet ship management, all facility good,only when crew joing ship can send contract by mail,no need to visit again and again mumbai.anglo esatren and other compines provid these kind of facility.

I don’t see anything encouraging here.

Dislikes

Office management need to be more mature both professionally and at individual level. Office management pick and drop people based on their personal chemistry and regularly ignore people with good appraisals.(who don’t fit into their personal ego). Overall company needs to follow what they preach in their company policies and manuals. There is a lot to write but let’s start with points mentioned above first. Thanks....Read More

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
