Everything in Fizara was very good. Good organization and very helpfull to who wants to learn new things. Very supportive staff.

Its a start up and good for learning for Fresher.

Dislikes

Hire and Fire frequently after two three months. Clients are not so active and good. Pressure to complete target, but it is impossible to complete as the clients gives late feedback of shortlisting, and interview feedback, selections. Ultimately these things hampers yours monthly target. Target is 10 times of your CTC.
