Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, 4 days working in a week. Allowances are good for both night and day shifts. 12 hrs working is there, logout at fixed time.. no need of extra working.

It was awesome when it was SUNGARD. But when FIS took over things got worst.
