The manager guidance and work culture I like most

Seems 3 year of working I didn't yet get any promotion and also policy regarding laptop and equipment handle is not satisfied because most of face huge loss whenever there is any damage happens to laptop that i weird in this company not seen ant where else

Worst company ever, they are working on so outdated technologies, i joined here as lead devops engineer, but they are not even working on azure, no git based repositories, no branches pullrequest, they provide build manually whenever tester needs, they do checkins in TFVC visual studio in VM's, people who have experience of 10 yearsdont even know what is pullrequest or production environment/deployment.. and managers are worst, despite tellimg him i will migrate everything on git, will make everything automated,, he said no - and targeted me for that, gave me only 15% bonus saying your focus was on unnecesssary things like automation n all which is not our priority....Read More

If I get proper salary package then I will like.

1.Based on market am getting the salary package properly, I raised this concern so many times to my superiors, but there is no use in it.. 2.Intially fis said that we have perminant WFH and they were dropped an email too, but now superiors pushing to WFO. For me, it's to difficult to come. I will be happy if someone consider these points and take the action.

I like the culture and people.Its great for people in their mid of career.for freshers it's tough to be recognized since most of Management are Seniors.Challenging projects go to them mostly. but still I was able to grab some excellent features and learnt a lot from it which shared my career.Salary and benefits are good.

The tech stack is not on par with cutting edge tech we see these days.In financial industry,it's definitely a drawback since they don't try to adapt to new tech or tools easily.takes time.

1. Work culture is bad. 2. Compensation is below standard. You will not be paid for your skills and value add. 3. Management is not trust worthy 4. FIS doesn't have a progressive work culture. It is functioning like in stone age. 5. Leadership is old and not futuristic thinking. 6. There is extremely high beaurocracy. 7. You won't get growth opportunity.

They never increase your salary if you think after promotion you'll get more then that's your loss. After promotion you supposed to stick on the same salary. And now onwards they're providing less salary. So Good Luck
